Do You Accept Insurance?

With the exception of Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO (in-network), we are a fee for service clinic and are treated as an out of network provider by insurance companies. However, all of our notes and billing procedures are done specifically so you can submit your claim and receive an optimal return. We provide you with all of the necessary information to file a claim with your insurance company.

We will help you in any way we can for you to file your insurance claim.  However, we do not accept insurance reimbursements for services. In the past, we have seen patients get back an average of 60-80% from their insurance carriers if they have a PPO plan, and after the out of network deductible is met.  Please call or email if you have any questions.

How Much Does Treatment Cost?

Each patient case is unique and requires a different number of appointments for resolution, so price depends on a case by case basis.

How Do I Pay for My Treatment?

We accept check and all major credit cards. We are a fee for service clinic, so we do expect payment upon receipt of services. We do not send bills or invoices.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Cash and the therapy CAN be paid with an Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA)
